Back in January, I was lucky enough to attend Jersey Boys with
the American Women’s Club here in London.
The GM is actually an AWC member herself, from NYC, so she was able to hook us up
BIG time. Not only did we have
amazing seats (closest I have ever been!), but we were able to meet the cast
over champagne at the end of the night.
It was such a memorable experience. I was blown away by the show, more specifically the fact
that all but two of the cast members were British, and definitely had me
fooled…I can’t even do the Jersey accent that well! True talent!
And then they were all so down to earth afterwards; I was very
impressed. Oh, and I like to say
that I saw the best Jersey Boys that’s currently playing…apparently Frankie
Valli has said that the London cast is his personal favorite :) So, if you haven’t seen it already, I
highly recommend it - go!
We all have crazy eyes, but oh well!
